The food chain is a strait series of organisms that are dependent on different parts of the chain for food. Unlike a food web a food chain shows singular connections between species. A food web shows the levels of producers and decomposers at the bottom and consumers on top of it. It is a diagram of plans, herbivores, secondary predators and top predators. It also shows the delicate balance of can ecosystem.
